Default Preset Constants #

These lists are available for quick configuration.

DEFAULT_ACTIVE_POINTS #

Main planets, Chiron, Mean Lilith, Nodes, and Angles (18 points).

TRADITIONAL_ASTROLOGY_ACTIVE_POINTS #

Classical planets only plus nodes: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, True North Lunar Node, True South Lunar Node (9 points). Suitable for traditional/Hellenistic astrology.

ALL_ACTIVE_POINTS #

Every point listed above plus Earth (63 total).

Note: Earth is only meaningful in Heliocentric perspective. It is included in ALL_ACTIVE_POINTS but omitted from the category lists above.

DEFAULT_ACTIVE_ASPECTS #

Conjunction (orb: 10), Opposition (orb: 10), Trine (orb: 8), Sextile (orb: 6), Square (orb: 5), Quintile (orb: 1).

ALL_ACTIVE_ASPECTS #

All major and minor aspects listed above, with minor aspects using 1° orbs.

DISCEPOLO_SCORE_ACTIVE_ASPECTS #

Aspect orbs configured for Ciro Discepolo’s relationship scoring methodology: Conjunction (8), Opposition (8), Trine (7), Square (5), Sextile (4), Semi-sextile (2), Semi-square (2), Sesquiquadrate (2). Used internally by RelationshipScoreFactory.
